Davidson Homes Launches in Raleigh, North Carolina
Just like in the famous James Taylor song, we’re going to Carolina! Davidson Homes is excited to launch in North Carolina’s state capital, Raleigh, and has purchased lots at four locations in the Triangle region. We plan to start building in the communities of Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina and Apex this month, with our first round of homes available for delivery in the spring of 2019.
Homes will be priced between $300,000 and $500,000, and range from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. New homeowners will have the option of preselecting their home and land, using Davidson Homes’ design studio consultants or choosing a Quick Delivery Home that’s move-in ready.
